This was my first time purchasing a car, so I was very unaware of what the process would be like. Manny, and the rest of the staff at DePaula Chevrolet made me feel so comfortable and made the whole process extremely easy. Manny listened to everything I told him and really cared about what I could and couldn't afford. He didn't try to get me into something that was out of my budget. Gary and Alvin were also great and I didn't feel as though I was being rushed into making any decisions. I am more than happy with my purchase at DePaula and will be recommending Manny and the dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a car. Overall, excellent work! I'll be back when I'm ready for my next car 🙂

My salesperson, Jose was the best, -attentive, relaxed and just really pleasantly sincere throughout the whole process, and I really appreciate that. I had stopped in the night before to one of your competitors for almost the exact same vehicle, but had quite an opposite experience, and so I was pleasantly surprised at DePaula.

Overall we had a good experience. Mike was knowledgeable and the tech was thorough on his video inspection. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was completed correctly, following my instructions. A few things I would like to share from the perspective of a customer who has bought 4 cars from DePaula and has all of the service work done at DePaula on our Avalanche and my Malibu: 1. When I schedule an appointment with a certain team (DePaula uses color codes for service teams), I EXPECT that the appointment is scheduled with that team. The Customer Service people who are scheduling these appointments randomly place your customers with whomever they feel. You can not speak to your service consultant/advisor anymore and it is extremely frustrating. 2. Despite the quirky things that happen (such as the Customer Service Rep not scheduling this with the correct team), DePaula Chevrolet will continue to be my go to dealer for vehicle purchase and service. Anytime we have had a an issue, DePaula has made it right. I simply ask that your Customer Service team (not service team) remember that and take care of your loyal customers.Lisa Joslin
